Karen and Claudio Lewkowicz enjoy a combined total of over 50 years of Real Estate Sales experience, proving their success and dedication to this Industry, which is highly respected by their clients, their colleagues and their peers.

Karen and Claudio previously listed and sold homes in Toronto, the western GTA, including Brampton, Georgetown, Mississauga, Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph, Burlington, Oakville, London, Grand Bend, and even as far away as Ottawa and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, which makes both of them very familiar with the Real Estate Industry.

Both, Karen and Claudio, love to help people find their dream homes, realizing that each client has different needs, thus devoting as much time as necessary with each one of them, until their dreams are met in a friendly, professional, and personal manner.

They love working with First Time Buyers, Seasoned Buyers, as well as members of the Adult Community and Seniors’ Communities. Karen has a B.of Comm. degree and an M.Psych. degree, as well as a CGA designation, which all help her endlessly in difficult negotiating situations. Besides her Real Estate Brokers’ Licence, she has also furthered her studies as a Seniors’ Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and as an Accredited Senior Agent (ASA). She has also volunteered her free time as a Big Sister, participated with Meals on Wheels, was the President of a Probus Club, was Treasurer of a Horticultural Society, was the Chairperson of a District Real Estate Boards’ Political Affairs Committee and was a member of its’ Finance Committee.
