Steeped in history and community service, St. John’s-by-the-Lake Anglican Church has been a staple in the lives of many Grand Bend and area families for decades. Established to fulfill the spiritual needs of London cottagers and weekenders, it soon grew to be a full time Church operating year round.

Currently led by Reverend Jim Innes, a resident of Grand Bend and avid fisherman (he has many a fishing yarn to share and a boat that likes to sabotage his fishing expeditions). Our little white church “by the lake” has brought families together for weddings, christenings, life celebrations and community events centered around family values and Christian beliefs. Come join us on Sunday mornings at 9:30 to hear the Gospel of God and connect with fellow Christians of all faiths. We also have a church hall available for rent at a very reasonable rate.
