Upper Beach House sleeps six people. The large master suite includes a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet and a four piece bath with a glass and marble shower and jacuzzi tub. The spacious second bedroom has two queen-sized beds and a second three-piece bathroom with a glass and marble shower. Living room with gas fireplace, dining room and an upper deck with a view to the lake features a BBQ, an outdoor dining area and two chaise lounges. Guests are always impressed by the contemporary bright open spaces in this cottage. A large covered porch on the entry level is another outdoor living and dining area.

Bayview Cottage sleeps four people. The master bedroom with a king-sized bed overlooks the lake. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and garden view. A four-piece bathroom has a glass and marble shower and a sunken jacuzzi tub.

Choose sun or shaded areas to relax and enjoy your lakeside getaway. Guests at both cottages share the lakefront decks, chaise
lounges and Muskoka chairs.

A beautiful garden walkway leads to stairs to the private lakefront (or take the electric lift/elevator). You are invited to bring your own kayak, paddle board, beach floaties, golf clubs and a camera.

NOTES
We rent out cottages by the week from Sunday to Sunday during July and August. The rate for the Upper Beach House during the summer is $2500/week. Bayview Cottage rents for $2400/week in July and August.

Shoulder Seasons rates for both cottages are $1500 (May/June and September/October) and $1000/week from November through April,. Non-summer periods may be booked for shorter stays. These reservations require a two-night minimum stay on the weekend, and a three-night minimum stay over long holiday weekends. Ask about rates.
